Greg Culp

Greg Culp is recognized as one of Arkansas' premier track and field athletes, earning success at every level of competition. A standout multi-event performer, Culp excelled in the decathlon, hurdles, high jump, and pole vault, establishing himself among the nation's top competitors during his collegiate career. His accomplishments earned him induction into both the University of Arkansas at Monticello Sports Hall of Fame and the Arkansas Track & Field Hall of Fame. Beyond his own athletic achievements, Culp built a distinguished coaching career, contributing to multiple NCAA national championship programs and helping develop countless athletes throughout his career.

While his accomplishments on the track are impressive, Greg's lasting impact on Fayetteville High School has come through his dedication to young athletes and the Bulldog track and field program. For decades, he has generously given his time, expertise, and passion to coaching and mentoring FHS athletes, helping build one of the state's premier track and field traditions. His influence extends far beyond championships and records, as he has shaped the lives of generations of student-athletes through his leadership, encouragement, and commitment to excellence. Greg's service to Fayetteville High School reflects the very best of what it means to be a Bulldog and has left a legacy that continues to inspire athletes today.
